Order Fulfillment

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We offer a range of shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (domestic)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (domestic)
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination)

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase, including your order number, itemized list of products, and the shipping address.

Tracking Information:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Backordered Items:
If an item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to wait for the item to be restocked, cancel the order, or choose an alternative product.

Refund and Return Policy

Refunds and Returns:
We do not offer refunds on any items.  

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Sales@Shyodu.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and return shipping instructions. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
